1. Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Client

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation session, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
    • Reschedule: You may reschedule your session to an available time slot within [e.g., 30 days] of the original booking.
    • Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be processed within [e.g., 5-7 business days] to the original payment method.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notification (a “no-show”), the consultation fee is non-refundable. This is because the time slot was reserved for you and could not be offered to other clients.

2. Cancellations by us

In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant illness, technical issues), we will:

  • Offer you the option to reschedule your session at your earliest convenience.
  • Alternatively, provide a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service / Disputes

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the consultation service you received, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us First: We strongly encourage you to contact us directly within 7 days of your consultation to explain your concerns. Please email us at [email protected]. Providing detailed feedback will help us understand the issue and work towards a resolution.
  • Internal Review: Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an internal review of the circumstances, which may include reviewing consultation notes, communications, and discussing the matter with the consultant involved. We aim to respond to all such inquiries within 5 business days.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the complaint, potential resolutions may include:
    • A partial or full refund of the consultation fee.
    • A credit for a future consultation.
    • An additional, complimentary follow-up session.
    • Other mutually agreed-upon solutions.
    • Please note: Refunds based solely on subjective dissatisfaction without a clear service deficiency will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee a refund if the service was delivered as described but did not meet subjective expectations that were not part of the service’s scope.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • If you choose to initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue as per section 3, please be aware that:
    • We will respond to the chargeback inquiry with all relevant evidence, including records of booking, service delivery, communications, and adherence to this policy.
    • Initiating a chargeback prematurely may delay the resolution process and could result in additional fees charged by your bank or payment processor, which are beyond our control.
    • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is not legitimate or made without attempting to resolve the issue directly with us first.

5. Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
  • Please allow5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
